WANDA G. "MEMIE" MORRISON, 62, of Campbell passed away Jan. 31,
2006, at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville, TX.
She was born on Oct. 9, 1943, in Josephine, to O.M. Tarrant and
Willie Selman Tarrant. In Sept. of 1968, she married Delwin "Del"
Morrison in Paris. She was employed as a production inspector
with Lucent Technology for 29 years, and she was a member of
Commerce Church of Christ. She will always be remembered as a
wonderful wife, mother and friend to many. She never met a child
she did not love. She was "Memie" to all.
She was preceded in death by her mother; and one brother, Kenneth
Tarrant.
At the time of her death, her survivors include her husband of
Campbell; her father of Wills Point; two daughters, Cherie Jackson
and husband, Larry, of Greenville and Becky Miguel and husband,
David, of Edgewood; three sons, Johnny Morrison and wife, Rita,
of Garland, Tony Morrison and wife, Julie, of Acton Mass., and
Keith Wilson of Edgewood; one sister, Joy Williams of Wills
Point; 10 grandchildren, Kristie Lemmon and husband, Brent, Nicki
Jeter and husband, Jonathan, Terance Miguel, Spencer Miguel,
Joseph Miguel, Andrew Morrison, Morgan Morrison, Chelsea Wilson,
Noah Morrison, and Alan Morrison; and three great-grandchildren,
Jaycee Baxter, Caden Lemmon, and Charli Jeter.
