FRED RAY FULBRIGHT was born Jan. 16, 1946 to William
& Gretta Fulbright in Mt. Vernon, TX and passed away
October 30, 2007 in Dallas. Fred retired from Lucent
Technologies after 32 years. After retirement Fred
drove a MTED bus part time for the City of Mesquite.
Interment was at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Peggy
Fulbright; son, Bobby Glen McCoy; daughter, Carissa
Gail Bingham; grandson, Bryan Christopher Bingham;
mother, Gretta Fulbright; sister, Brenda McFadden
and numerous friends.
