DAVID FRANKS, 68, of Mesquite, TX passed away on Oct. 24,
2011, with burial in Grove Hill Memorial Park.
He worked many years in the maintenance department at the
Dallas Works and was president of the CWA Union.
At the time of his death, David was survived by his wife,
Debbie Franks of Mesquite; four children; and ten grand-
children.
