THOMAS ALLAN "TOM" SMITH, 72, formerly of Columbus,
OH, went to be with our Lord, on Oct. 2, 2013 in
Decatur, TX.
Thomas was born Aug. 9, 1941 in Indianapolis, IN to
Charles Malcolm & Mildred Pearl (Hurt) Smith. He
retired in 1993 from Lucent Technologies as supervisor
in the telecommunication distribution department after
31 years.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Ann
(Snyder) Smith. Left behind to cherish his memory are
his four daughters, Wendy Jo Smith of Decatur, Debbie
Andrews of Kaufman, TX, Ashley Smith of Oklahoma and
Crystal Tingler of Columbus, OH; two sons, Donald Smith
of Billings, ND and Greg Smith of Oklahoma; three grand-
daughters, Kasey Hale, Haley Smith and Brittany Tingler;
two grandsons, Nick Hale and Christian Tingler; brother,
Ed Smith & sister, Nancy Truesdell, both of Worthington,
OH.
