DAVID "DAVE" STEVENS, 53, of Sunnyvale, TX, was an
electrical engineer and inventor. He died while
jogging at White Rock Lake on Oct. 12, 2015.
Dave lived to run & finished last year's Dallas
Marathon near the top of his age group, racing
all 26 miles in under eight minutes each. He
showed ambition whether he was on the running
trail or on the job. Stevens earned a bachelor's
degree in geology from Michigan State University,
also a bachelor's & master's degrees in mechanical
engineering from the University of Michigan. He
worked 29 years for General Electric and its
predecessors, including Lineage Power and Lucent
Technologies. His wife, Patti, was a physical
therapist and died a week after Dave. More pics
