JAIME "REY" RIVERA, 63, beloved Husband, Father, Brother,
Grandfather, and Great-grandfather, was called to his
eternal resting place on May 29, 2017.
He entered this world on March 9, 1954 in La Feria, TX,
born to Jesus & Consuelo Rivera. Rey married Dora Ellia
Lopez in July of 1978 in Kaufman, TX. Rey was a well
known figure in the Community of Kaufman as a local
business owner. He was a member of Faith Family Church
of Kaufman. Rey never met a stranger and was well known
to all that got the chance to meet him. He worked at the
Dallas Works plant in Mesquite.
He is survived by his wife of 42 Years Dora Rivera of
Kaufman, Son: Reynaldo Rivera and wife Luciana of Tulsa,
OK, Daughters: Angelica Ramos of Kaufman, Sandra McDaniel
and husband Greg of Kaufman, Brothers: John Rivera and
wife Maria of Phalba, TX, Jesse Rivera and wife Joan of
Cedar Creek Lake, TX, Manuel Rivera of Dallas, Sisters:
Rosa Linda Brito of Kaufman, Josephine Rivera of Kaufman,
Jaine Flores of Kaufman, Maria Ramirez and husband Felix
of Kaufman, Grandchildren: Dayten McDaniel & fiance Tara,
Ramiro Ramos, Aiden McDaniel, Luiz Rivera, Lucas Rivera,
Great-grandchild: Jax McDaniel. Rey will be greatly
missed by his friends and family.
