WINNIE FAY BRALEY WALDROP, 83, died Oct. 10, 2017
in Dallas, TX, with burial in the Waldrop Cemetery.
Mrs. Waldrop was born Nov. 4, 1933 in Simms, TX to
Jim & Addie Mae Davlin Braley. She was raised and
schooled in Wolfe City Schools. She would marry
James Odell Waldrop who would later precede her in
death. Winnie worked for Western Electric/AT&T as
a line supervisor. She was a loving homemaker, wife
and mother to her family. Winnie was a member of
the Rylie First Baptist Church in Dallas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband,
children, James Seburn, Stephen Paul, & Jana Marie,
siblings, Charlie Johnson, James Ralph Braley,
Grady Braley, Evelyn Gardner and Frances Braley.
Mrs. Waldrop is survived by her daughters, Vicki
Addington and husband William of Garland, Gwen
Hargus and husband Larry of Mesquite, Katherine
Moore and husband Ronnie of Dallas, sisters,
Margaret Jewel Treat of Mineola, Mary Louise
Bruce & husband Mike of Murchison, eight grand-
children and four great-grandchildren, numerous
nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
