Dallas Works Memorial - Employees In Remembrance

Ray Yeater OTIS RAYMOND YEATER, 82, and longtime resident of Rockwall, TX, passed away on Jan. 5, 2020, with interment at Rest Haven Memorial Park. He was born May 5, 1937, in Pine Fork, WV, to Edward Herschel Yeater and Lithea (Robison) Yeater. Otis attended West Virginia University and earned his Bachelor’s in Engineering. He was a Scout Master and a member of the Holly Rollers Group. Otis was a very patient, strong, and loving Christian man. He dedicated to his family and was always there to give support. Otis was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Rockwall where he was involved with the Men’s Prayer Group that met on Tuesday mornings. He and his wife Phyllis loved to bowl. They were both members of bowling leagues. He will be missed deeply by everyone who loved him. Otis is survived by his loving wife of 63 years: Phyllis Lovina (Sinclair) Yeater; son: Steve Yeater and wife Wendy; daughter: Raejean and husband Greg Noschese; grandchildren: Sarah, Rachel, & Ashleigh; brother: Herbert Max Yeater; and sister: Mary Cubey. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother: James Yeater; and sister: Betty Yeater. Note: His wife, Phyllis, passed away on June 26, 2020 at the age of 83.
